You are called to this work.
Ministry is your vocation and one you love, its a privilege to serve and care for those in your faith community. But there is always one more need to respond to before your own, and it is hard to make space for your own reflection and growth. You wonder about the sustainability of your work and how long you can keep your sense of vocation fresh. You know all about self-care you even talk about it to others yet you find it hard to take actions that put yourself first. You have a deep desire to do your best work in tune with yourself, God and those you work with, but its not always easy to figure out what that looks like.

Encouragement is what you need.

You long for encouragement to nurture yourself and someone to keep you accountable for your own re-creation and time off. There is so much to keep up with and to know about and so much going on with all the people you care for. You wish there was someone with whom you could share all the tangled thoughts in your head, and help you find the wisdom that you know is in there somewhere.

Ministry supervision is my vocation.
My name is Christina and I help people in ministry to navigate the balance of their ministry work while taking care of themselves. I help you figure out what you are doing well so that you can hold onto your strengths as you work through the rough edges, stuck points and missteps. You are learning and growing as a minister - it's a process, not an end point. Of course it is not just about our work in session I am passionate about equipping you with the skills, habits and rituals that you need to do your best work. I would love to come alongside you, bringing creativity wisdom and insight so you don't go through this alone. I can help you get clear and confident about who you are as a minister and who you are outside of that role as well, being sure your values are priorities at all times.

If you are ready to flourish and not just survive in your ministry work, contact me or book a free 20 minute affinity call so we can discuss working together.

“Supervision gives me the opportunity to reflect on what I do and why. Without it I am like a ship without a rudder just doing what I’ve been trained to do without critiquing myself or my actions. With it I can honestly say that my practice is safer and I am stronger.”
