Make Meaning of Your Year
Monday 5th December, 7.30pm-9.30pm via zoom.
It has been a crazy time! Where has the year gone?
Have you taken any time to pause and gain perspective on the year?
This year has gone by in a flash of activity. There hasn’t been much time to think. Either we have been dealing with the lasting impact of covid on those we care for, (or ourselves) or we have been dealing with new health crises and the labour shortage. The push to get back to normal has been strong. In all the coping and busyness there hasn’t been much time to give attention to all that has happened and its impact on us. But the impact is lying just below the surface and bubbles up at times, in irritability or exhaustion.
Making meaning of your year is a chance to pause in the busyness to allow yourself time to acknowledge and accept all that has happened and reflect on what it means. It will be a chance to consider how you can celebrate your growth and successes and mourn your losses in meaningful ways. It is a chance to find yourself again, in the space between just doing the next thing.
This is a 2-hour virtual small group reflective experience, including a digital workbook and post-workshop action plan.
